The 1992 Constitution was adopted by the National Parliament of Mongolia on 13 Jan 1992 in the Capital Ulaanbaatar. It is the fourth constitution of the newly democratic country with a multi-party system and entered into force on 12 Feb 1992 (cf. Art. 70).
